Jackson County, Michigan is seeking proposals for staff augmentation services to establish a prequalified pool of vendors. The resulting contract will be a cooperative contract, allowing other public entities to piggyback on the competitive process. The contract term is five years. Bid pricing must reflect net 30 payment terms. Jackson County will pay all invoices in full within thirty 30 days of the invoice date.
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Statement of Work/Description of Estimated Timeline for Completion of Project (40 points), Company Profile (10 points), References and Experience (30 points), and Pricing (20 points). The selected bid will be the response deemed most advantageous to Jackson County.
The bidder shall be organized for the purpose of providing staff augmentation services and must have a minimum of five 5 years of experience with proven effectiveness in providing these services as described in the scope of work. Bidders must also certify that they are not on any federal, state, or local list of debarred or prohibited contractors.
Failure to submit completed forms and information identified in preparation of the proposal may result in disqualification of the proposal. If it is discovered that a vendor contacted and received information regarding this solicitation from any Jackson County personnel other than the procurement contact, Jackson County, in its sole discretion, may disqualify its proposal from further consideration.
