Award, if any, will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid price for the items as specified in the item response form and meeting all the requirements of this IFB.

By submitting a bid, the bidder represents and warrants that bidder is fully satisfied that the IFB, as amended if applicable, accurately indicates that all specifications, requirements, conditions, site or otherwise, and bidder has considered these in determining its bid prices and bidding on description.

Failure to act in a manner consistent with the purchase order may result in termination of this contract.

Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit and review all service locations which have been specified in the specifications. A site visit can be arranged by contacting the purchasing office point of contact and the contract administrator.

Protests after award must be submitted within 10 working days after award by Commissioners Court.

Any other contact with individuals other than the listed point of contact may disqualify the response from consideration for award. Contacting individual members of the Travis County Commissioners Court or their staff may also disqualify the response.

Objections to response specifications must be filed in writing at least seven days before the solicitation opening date. Protests before award must be submitted no later than six 6 calendar days after response opening.
