Proposals received after the specified time will be returned unopened. paper proposals received by the purchasing office after the time specified will be documented and then returned to the offeror unopened

The successful bidder shall have forty-five (45) days from the notification of the award of bid by the city within which to purchase the property. the successful bidder shall have fortyfive 45 days from the notification of the award of bid by the city which to purchase the hereinabove described property.

Property is sold as-is without warranty. the hereinabove described property is sold as is and without any warranty except that of sellers ownership and to be free from and unencumbered by any liens, encumbrances andor mortgages.

Property shall be awarded to the highest responsive and responsible bidder. shall be auctioned and awarded as one (1) single item to the highest responsive and responsible bidder by the advertisement for sealed bids.

Bids must include required forms and bid bond. to be considered, you must upload cos bid form # 1 page 6, cos bid form # 2, page 7, and acknowledge any addenda on form # 1. without these documentations, you will be considered non- responsive.

Bid bond may be forfeited if successful bidder fails to purchase. shall be subject to forfeiture in the event the purchaser does not purchase the subject property pursuant to hisher bid.

Inspection is available at reasonable times with appointment. prospective bidders shall be granted access to the premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection. . . prospective bidders shall contact spar to set up an appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

Bids without required forms or bid bond may be rejected. if any required bid forms are omitted, your bid may not be considered and if this bid bond or bank cashiers check is not included with the sealed bid, the bid shall be rejected.

Minimum bid is $1,325,****. the minimum bid for the hereinabove described property and all improvements thereon is to be fixed at one million, three hundred twentyfive thousand dollars 1, 325, ****, the appraised fair market value.
