Interested parties are invited to submit proposals with detailed information demonstrating their experience and qualifications.

Attendance for the preproposal meeting shall be via web conference and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.

Failure to receive an addendum may result in the disqualification of the proposal submitted.

Failure to obtain and acknowledge receipt of all addenda may result in proposal disqualification.
