Delivery is required within **** days ado.

The period of performance for this contract is expected to be 240 days from contract award for the completion of all repairs.

Contractors must provide qualified, certified, and experienced technicians and pass a background clearance investigation to obtain a government-issued identification badge.

If the contractor fails to provide acceptable service, penalties may be instituted, and failure to comply with contracted requirements may result in adverse actions.

The contractor shall begin performance within 1 calendar day and complete it within 365 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.

Invoices shall be submitted electronically to www. ***. *. * proper invoice must meet the minimum standards specified in FAR ****.

The contractor warrants that all materials and equipment furnished will be new, unless otherwise specified, and that all work will be of good quality, free from improper workmanship and defective materials.

A site visit is mandatory and scheduled for April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Follow the attached site visit instructions.

The magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

The requested delivery date for the items is 31 JUL 2026.

All payments will be made electronically in accordance with FAR ****.

The government will award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government utilizing the tradeoff process with the factors listed below. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers and are listed in descending order of importance. Non-price factors, when combined, are more important than price. Factor 1: Technical Acceptability, Factor 2: Delivery, Factor 3: Price.

Offerors must provide the manufacturer cage code, confirm a certificate of conformance will be provided, and state the delivery for the items quoted. All parts shall be new approved parts. New surplus will be considered with traceability to the OEM and approval from medium range recovery MRR engineering. Photos of packaging and/or items must be included with the quotation for engineering review if quoting new surplus.

If the offeror does not provide the items below, they will not be considered for award. If full and clear traceability is not provided, ALC will not accept delivery of the part and invoicing may not be approved for payment.
