Apex Government Bids & RFPs

The bid submission deadline is June 9th, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The bids received will be publicly opened and read at that time.

Bidders shall submit documentation of their efforts as well as affidavits of their good faith efforts in the recruitment of small, minority, and women owned businesses.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on May 28th, 2026, at the Town of Apex Water Resources Administration Building. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

The bid notice states that proposers shall submit their RFP responses, with pricing to the town by 2:00 PM, Friday, May 22, 2026.

Vendors are requested to provide confirmation that they are an authorized reseller or distributor for Midmark, Scican, J. Morita, and Kavo equipment to ensure warranty coverage.

Vendors are requested to submit a capability statement addressing their company profile, socio-economic status, contract vehicles, authorized reseller status, and capability lead times.
