Onsite maintenance and repair services must be completed within two business days of the coordinated start date unless an alternate schedule is mutually agreed upon. Offsite repairs must be completed and returned within 30 business days of removal. Supplemental visits must be scheduled within five business days of notification, with services completed within two business days of the coordinated start date.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system. Invoices shall be submitted after government's acceptance of all deliverables.

Selection of the contractor will be based on NARA's assessment of the best overall value to the government, obtained through a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation.

Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 p. m. eastern time on July 20, 2026.

Failure to submit any of the required information and documentation with the quotation may result in rejection of the quotation. Failure to submit quotations by the due date and time may result in rejection of the quotation as untimely.

Delivery will be 60 days from date of award.

Delivery is required 60 days ARO (After Receipt of Order).

Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The contractor shall use the following information when submitting payment requests and receiving reports in WAWF for this contract or task or delivery order: 1 Document type. The contractor shall submit payment requests using the following document types: i for cost-type line items, including labor hour or time and materials, submit a cost voucher. ii for fixed price line items a that require shipment of a deliverable, submit the invoice and receiving report specified by the contracting officer.

The data disintegrator comes with a 5-year nonwear parts warranty.

Quotes will be evaluated on the total overall lowest price for all contract line items, provided the quote complies with the terms and conditions of the solicitation and laws and regulations.

Prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database by the quotation submission date. Quoters must self-certify their business size for the NAICS code and size standard provided.

Failure to submit your response by the date and time specified may result in nonconsideration of your quote. Failure to follow instructions regarding marking the contract number on paperwork and shipments could hold up payment or result in the return of merchandise at your expense.
