Payment will be made in accordance with Chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe work completed.
A completed and signed Exhibit 2 Warranty and Complaint Resolution Form is required with the response.
Award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering bidder meeting requirements, ability to meet delivery, and price.
Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation to ensure they meet all requirements, possess the required experience and qualifications, and have the capacity to provide the goods and/or services.
HHSC reserves the right to purchase late items on an emergency basis and charge any resulting increase in price to the awarded vendor. Failure to correct deficiencies may result in delayed or nonpayment.
Protest procedures are available as per Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 391, Subchapter C.
Failure to comply with IFB instructions, submission requirements, or deadlines may result in disqualification. This includes not submitting required exhibits, incomplete responses, or late submissions.
