The Delaware Technical and Community College (DTCC) is seeking proposals for comprehensive cafeteria and food services at the Owens Campus. The vendor shall provide trained, qualified onsite management and staff sufficient to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations. The vendor shall develop and maintain menus that reflect the diverse preferences, cultural considerations, and nutritional needs of a community college population. The college shall provide kitchen facilities, serving areas, and dining spaces at the owens campus. The vendor shall control all daily sales receipts and be responsible for payment of all food, labor, supplies, permits, licenses, and applicable taxes. The college shall provide utilities, excluding telephone and internet services. The vendor shall be responsible for telephone and internet costs. The college shall arrange for dumpster removal the vendor shall manage internal waste handling and cleanliness. The vendor shall be responsible for all costs associated with performance of the work, including but not limited to: wages and salaries for all vendor employees statutory benefits, taxes, insurance, and assessments home office and administrative expenses supervisory and management personnel assigned to the campus direct costs of food, supplies, permits, licenses, cleaning, uniforms, and laundry telephone and internet services any other reasonable and necessary costs approved by the college and required for cafeteria operations. The vendor shall provide catering services for collegesponsored events, including meetings, receptions, group meals, and special functions. The vendor shall comply with all college policies, including a strict nosmokingvaping policy on college property. The vendor shall participate in regular updates with campus leadership to review operational matters and other relevant topics, including but not limited to operations, feedback, product selection, sales, and facilities. The college may establish a food service committee to review performance, provide feedback, and make recommendations. The vendor shall participate as requested.
