The delivery period of performance is 45 days after receipt of order (ARO).
Payment will be made via the Tungsten Network. Invoices are to be submitted upon completion, inspection, and acceptance.
During the warranty period, the contractor must repair or replace defective parts, materials, or workmanship at no cost to the VA, manage manufacturer warranty claims, and respond to service requests within **** hours.
