The contractor will reformat, clean, and analyze lidar data from LAX, ATL, and DEN airports, computing parameters such as plume height, width, center, and standard deviation over time. Deliverables include raw and processed lidar datasets, draft and final technical reports, and all pertinent data and analysis documentation. Weekly teleconferences are also required.
