The Tualatin Valley Water District is seeking bids for Fortinet equipment and maintenance. Bids are due Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM to BidLocker. A public bid opening will be held via conference call immediately following the bid closing time. The government is requesting information on delivery times, alternative NAICS codes, pre-priced contract vehicles, bulk discounts, warranties, and extended warranty options. This is a public tender for the repair of assets. The tender includes requirements for quality assurance, mandatory inspections, and specific documentation. The contractor must meet specific turnaround times (RTAT) and provide a throughput constraint for each item. The contract includes a bilateral agreement for the issuance of contractual documents. All records pertaining to the manufacture and inspection/test of the items shall be provided to the cognizant technical authority and maintained for seven years. If the repair effort is beyond the scope of the existing procedure, the contractor must provide a step-by-step overhaul procedure for disassembly and reassembly, subject to approval.

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price FSS delivery order to Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC for open market Zeiss axio observer 5 microscope components for the John D. Dingell VA medical center. The requirement was competed amongst capable GSA contract holders, however, not all required microscope components are available on GSA contract. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Responses must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government.
