The restroom scope includes consolidating existing restrooms into one enlarged mens and one enlarged womens restroom, with demolition of existing finishes, installation of new tile, ceiling grid, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and associated MEP work. Existing tile may be installed on a mud bed, requiring concrete leveling after demolition. MEP upgrades are limited to the restrooms and drinking fountains. Work will be phased to maintain building operations. Phase 1 includes MEP work, door hardware replacement, and restroom renovations; Phases 2 and 3 include interior finish work.
