This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for Integrated Range Operations and Maintenance (OM) in support of Joint Air and Ground Combat Training and Testing for the US Air Force (USAF) Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) at the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC). The contract includes a base period of performance and nine option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing OM support for government-furnished property, equipment, materials, facilities, structures, shelters, and infrastructures. Key areas of responsibility include administration, program management, financial management, contractor quality control, contract administrative management, contractor personnel management, vehicle requirements, radio usage, gate/key/lock control, environmental, safety, and health, customer support, emergency medical support, government support, travel, and technical libraries. The contractor will also be responsible for operations support, including operations planning and scheduling, mission preparation, air and range space management, event control, analysis, and reporting, air platform tracking management, C2 data links, LVC entity management, adversary replication, electronic attack, weapons scoring, digital video recording and editing systems, critical infrastructure systems, IT systems management, DoD RMF processes, TDY support, and visiting unit/deployed system support. Threat operations and maintenance, including Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS), training equipment, mission preparation, and execution, are also critical components. The contractor will manage and maintain various systems and equipment within the JPARC, ensuring operational readiness for combat training exercises. A facility security clearance (FCL) adjudicated to the Top Secret (TS) level is required upon commencement of contracted tasks, with contractor personnel requiring a minimum personnel clearance (PCL) adjudicated to the Secret level.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a Virtual Patient Simulator. The government is seeking interested sources capable of providing a system that allows for the design of customized clinical environments and simulation of austere environments. The system should also support customized cases aligned with specific military medical training. Companies must be able to provide specific license quantities for case creators, enterprise subscriptions, and enterprise learner licenses.
