The proposal will be awarded to multiple vendors based on purchase price (35 pts), vendor reputation (10 pts), quality (20 pts), meeting district needs (20 pts), past relationship (5 pts), HUB compliance (5 pts), and long-term cost (5 pts). Vendors must be qualified contractors and provide documentation of administrative expertise in subject content areas. They must also provide references and details of previous work experience with GCCISD and other entities. Payment will be made by Department of Veterans Affairs **** Financial Services Center. Invoices shall be submitted in arrears after delivery, inspection and acceptance of equipment. Payment by electronic funds transfer is specified.

A 12 month standard limited warranty is included for the flatbed printer.
