It must also generate practice questions and clinical case scenarios, and support clinical reasoning through simulations. The contract will be for 3 years, with itemized pricing required for each year and a grand total. Bidders must submit an original and one copy of their bid response, along with a flash drive containing a copy. Inquiries must be submitted via email by Tuesday, April 28, 2026, by 12:00 p. m. Central Time. Bidders are responsible for checking the Electronic State Business Daily for any addenda. References may be requested pre-award. The award will be based on the best value to the university, considering factors such as proposed costs, quality, reliability, and contractor performance. Firm pricing is required for ninety (90) days. The university reserves the right to terminate the contract with 30 days written notice for reasons including failure to provide timely service or quality products.
The deadline for proposal submittal is 11:00 a. m. Central Time on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted.
The terms of payment are net days.
Texas Southern University intends to award the contract to the company offering the most advantageous proposition to the institution, based on a best value standard for the purchase of goods or services. This includes considerations such as proposed costs, stability and success of the contractor's business, quality and reliability of goods and services, delivery terms, and indicators of probable contractor performance.
Vendors responding to this bid must be prepared, if asked pre-award, to submit a list of at least three references for similar projects, including client name, address, telephone number, email address, contact person, and a brief project description.
Should the contractor consistently fail to meet the specified delivery, Texas Southern University reserves the right to cancel upon 10 days written notice and purchase these items elsewhere if deemed necessary.
There is no presubmittal conference or walkthrough.
