Procurement for on-site total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) during dental procedures at Austin State Supported Living Center (AUSSLS). Services required from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. Bidders must be licensed DDS or DMD with specific TSBDE anesthesia permits. Responses are due July 8, 2026, 10:30 AM CT. All communications must be via email to the sole point of contact. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. Bids must remain valid for 240 days. HHSC reserves the right to amend or cancel the IFB.
Responses to this IFB must be received July 8, 2026, 10:30 AM CT. The anticipated contract start date is the date of award.
Invoices must be submitted monthly or as otherwise indicated on the purchase order, detailing work completed. Payment will be made in accordance with the pricing on Exhibit C, after satisfactory performance is acknowledged.
The award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering price, meeting requirements, and ability to meet performance delivery requirements.
Contractors must hold a DDS or DMD license, a Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) anesthesia permit with specific endorsements, and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Personnel must also be at least 18 years of age.
Failure to comply with communication requirements may result in disqualification. Noncompliance with contract terms may result in termination of the contract.
