Failure to adhere to specifications may result in removal from future bidders lists or billing for the difference in cost if the next lowest bidder is contacted due to non-compliance. The district also reserves the right to remove contractors from future bidders list for failure to adhere to specifications. Should the call not be returned within the specified time, or completion of the job not be attempted, the next lowest bidder available will be contacted. The difference in cost will be billed to the original contractor who did not comply with the specifications.
