This ITB is for an annual contract to provide appliance repair services for Clayton County, GA. Bids must be submitted online by September 17, 2026, at 3:00 p. m. EST. Bids must be valid for 120 days. Minimum experience required is five years. The contract term is one year, renewable up to four times. All costs for parts, labor, and delivery are the bidder's responsibility. Technicians must wear uniforms and badges. Written estimates are required before work begins.
Payment shall be tendered to the supplier upon acceptance and approval by the county for satisfactory compliance with the general terms, conditions, and specifications of the contract by completed services completion of services ordered, verification of completion of work assurance that the work is completed as specified and warranted and receipt of a valid invoice.
The bidder shall warrant all parts and components used to repair county equipment with standard manufacturer warranty and shall be indicated on invoice. bidder shall warrant all labor work performed for a period of sixty 60 days upon completion of the repair.
The county intends to award to the responsible bidders who have submitted the lowest cost responsive bids or whose bid represents the best value to the county.
Each bidder and its subcontractors shall have the minimum experience set forth in this itb. Each bidder must submit documentation that demonstrates it is duly authorized to conduct business in the state of georgia with its bid.
A nonmandatory prebid conference has been scheduled for thursday, august 27, 2026 at 10: 00 a. m. , est.

Bids may be disqualified for failure to follow clayton countys bid schedule, failure to return applicable compliance and/or specification sheets, or failure to submit bid by deadline.
The bidder must have a minimum of five 5 years of experience in providing appliance repair services, as specified in this itb and attachment a, scope of services attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
