Proposers must have a minimum of three years of verifiable experience and demonstrate financial qualifications to perform the work.
A mandatory pre-proposal video conference will be held online on August 4, 2026, from 2 p. m. to 3 p. m. pacific time.
Protests of specifications, terms, conditions, procedures, or any other aspects of the solicitation must be made before the proposal submittal deadline.
Failure to submit information in accordance with RFP requirements, failure to attend the mandatory pre-proposal conference, or attempting to influence the RFP process may lead to disqualification.
