This is a solicitation for the fabrication and installation of interior and exterior signage for Building N at York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC. Offers must be submitted in a sealed package by June 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Questions must be received by June 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Morton Room, Bldg N Hood Center. The award will be posted on or before July 7, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to obtain a Rock Hill, SC city business license. Vector art files and specific sign types (Vista signs) will be provided. The scope of work includes preparing shop drawings, fabricating and assembling signs, removing existing interior signs, repairing minor damage caused by removal (major damage to be repaired by the sign company), and installing new signs. Samples of 6 sign types are required for review before fabrication. The delivery/performance location is York Technical College Main Campus, 452 S. Anderson Rd. , Rock Hill, SC **** must submit a signed cover page and page two, along with other requested information. A one-year warranty is specified.

The bid notice states that discounts for prompt payment will not be considered in the evaluation of offers, but any offered discount will form a part of the award. Payment shall be made in accordance with S. C. Code Section ****, or Chapter 6 of Title 29 real property improvements when applicable, which provides the contractors exclusive means of recovering any type of interest from the owner. The state shall not be liable for the payment of interest on any debt or claim arising out of or related to this contract for any reason, except as set forth in this paragraph.
Contractor warrants all items acquired shall conform to all contractors representations, the requirements of this contract, and all published documentation. A one-year warranty is specified.

To protest the solicitation or an amendment, your written protest must be received within fifteen days of the date the applicable solicitation document is issued. To protest an award, written notice of your intent to protest must be received within seven business days of the date the award notice is posted, and your actual written protest must be received within fifteen days of the date the award notice is posted.
Giving false, misleading, or incomplete information on the certificate of independent price determination may render you subject to prosecution. Improperly requesting a preference can have serious consequences. Violation of prohibited communications and donations restrictions may result in disqualification of your offer, suspension or debarment. Failure to furnish the Drug-Free Workplace Act Affidavit will result in the delay of purchase contract.
