Contractor personnel must undergo moderate-risk background investigation and receive favorable adjudication. all contractor personnel serving as, or otherwise performing the functions listed in the statement of work. . . shall undergo a moderaterisk background investigation mbi and receive a favorable adjudication thereof from fema prior to performing work under this contract.

Contractor personnel with unfavorable adjudications are ineligible. contractor personnel who receive unfavorable adjudications shall be ineligible to perform work under this contract. unfavorable adjudications are final and are not subject to review.

Contractor liable for lost or damaged materials. if application materials are lost while in aps custody or in the custody of aps couriers. . . the contractor shall: reimburse the department for costs associated with replacing application materials.

PII breaches are unacceptable. the contractor shall ensure there is zero tolerance for pii breaches or unauthorized disclosure.
