Procurement of a complete lens anti-reflective (AR) coating system, including delivery and installation. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 11, 2026. Offers are due by July 14, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing by June 16, 2026. The system must integrate with existing laboratory workflows and equipment. Comprehensive onsite training is required. Security clearance and background checks are mandatory for personnel accessing the facility.
The contractor shall propose a delivery schedule that includes delivery of all equipment, installation start date, commissioning and testing timeline, and training schedule. Delivery time is a significant factor in award.
Payment will be made by UNICOR FPI Central Accounts Payable. Invoices should be submitted to PO Box ****, Lexington, KY **** or via email to ***@***. *. * is subject to prompt payment regulations.
The contractor will provide all warranty information as applicable in reference to the items listed in section B.
Award will be made to the offeror whose offer conforms to the terms of the solicitation and is determined to be in the best interest of the government, based upon evaluation of the factors included in this solicitation. Delivery time is a significant factor in award.
Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers referencing solicitation **** via email by Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Vendors must be registered in the SAM database system prior to award.
Contractor caused delays shall be corrected at no additional cost to the government.
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, June 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. Participants will meet in the front lobby of FCI Butner Medium II. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for claims after contract award.
Failure to comply with security procedures, including background checks and entry requirements, may result in delayed or denied entry. Prohibited items are strictly forbidden inside the institution.
