Proposals are due by 3:00 p. m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Proposals received after the above cited time will be considered a late bid and are not acceptable.

The evaluation criteria include warranty. Proposals will be evaluated based upon, but not limited to the following: price, experience with similar projects, references, project schedule, and warranty.

The award will be based on the most advantageous proposal regarding price, quality of service, contractor qualifications and capabilities, and other factors.
