The completion date for this project shall be July 31, 2026.

If an acceptable invoice is received by the tenth day of the month and approved by the FRSA Director of Engineering, payment will be issued before the fifth day of the succeeding month. If received after the tenth day, payment will be issued before the fifth day of the second succeeding month.

The contractor shall maintain satisfactory to FRSA all work for a period of three years from the date of final acceptance of the contract for trench settlement and for a period of two years for all other work, except where different periods are provided.

The contract will be awarded, if at all, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

To be judged as responsible, the bidder shall have adequate financial resources for performance, the necessary experience, organization, technical qualifications, and facilities, or a firm commitment to obtain such by subcontracts, and have satisfactorily completed no less than three contracts for commercial industrial demolition work in the past five years of equal or greater value to the bid being submitted.

The amount of liquidated damages shall be **** per calendar day. If the bidder to whom the contract is awarded refuses or neglects to execute it or fails to furnish the required bond and insurance within five days after receipt by him of deficiency notice, the amount of his deposit shall be forfeited and shall be retained by FRSA as liquidated damage.
