The qualification statements must be received by the townships designated contact person, via mail or hand delivery, by 11: 00 a. m. prevailing time on the due date. The redevelopment agency will consider all relevant factors, including, but not limited to: qualifications of the firm, related project experience of the firms and the individuals who would be assigned to provide services, familiarity with the redevelopment and the east brunswick redevelopment agency, available resources to complete project, and other factors determined to be in the best interest of the redevelopment agency. The redevelopment agency will consider qualification statements only from firms, individuals, or organizations that, in the redevelopment agencys judgment, have demonstrated the capability and willingness to provide high quality services to the taxpayers in the manner described in this rfq.

The redevelopment agency will review only qualification statements that include all the required information as described herein. The redevelopment agency intends to qualify persons andorfirms that a possess the professional capabilities to provide the proposed services b will agree to work under the compensation terms and conditions set forth and c have demonstrated the capability and willingness to provide high quality services to the redevelopment agency.

The bid notice states, RFP responses received after 10: 00 a. m. will not be accepted.

Written questions must be received no later than five business days prior to the RFP opening date.
