All bids must be received online by September 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Additional requirements for bid instructions have been revised. A new generic bid affidavit is required. Insurance certificates evidencing the insurance coverages of the subject bid are required within ten (10) days of bid opening. The chlorine must meet specific requirements of American Water Works Association standard B301 and NSF standard 60. A comprehensive quality tracking program (QTP) must be submitted with the bid proposal and annually thereafter. Shippers must provide necessary equipment to unload and pick up containers. Freight prepaid deliveries must be made to the east and west bank water treatment plants within 7 calendar days after the order. Approximate total quantity of one-ton containers for the 2-year contract is **** tons. Approximate total quantity of 150-pound cylinders for the 2-year contract is 55,000 pounds.
