This includes personnel, management, equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation. The service involves chemical treatment and analysis of closed hot water boilers, chilled water, and condenser water loops; descaling of scaled or fouled systems; cleaning and flushing systems; providing and applying appropriate chemical treatments; providing freeze protection glycol; preparing and submitting checklists and schedules; conducting joint inspections; compiling and submitting records and reports; complying with regulations; maintaining and cleaning side stream filters; updating inventory lists; and providing loop volume calculations.
