The contractor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the state of Texas, its officers, and employees, and Texas Southern University its officers, and employees and contractors, from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands, proceedings, costs, damages, and liabilities. Acceptance by Texas Southern University of the bidder's offer by issuance of a purchase order will create a binding legal contract. All information submitted is considered non-confidential and subject to public disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act.
