The US Coast Guard Base in Los Angeles/Long Beach is seeking bids for a 1-year service contract for oily water and hazardous materials disposal. A revised scope of work is attached. The contract is contingent on funding availability (FAR ****). Subsequent services will occur every 90 days, with the last scheduled service in September 2026.

Bidders must read the entire solicitation (sections A through M, pages 1 through 47). Bidders must sign and return one original of the solicitation form (SF ****). Bid submission must include all required attachments and amendments. Bidders offering less than 90 calendar days for acceptance will be rejected.
