Contractors shall possess a valid Class A general engineering contractor license, California Certified Playground Safety Inspector certification, and a **** license. It is highly recommended they are certified in installing play equipment and safety surfacing and possess a valid City of Saratoga contractors business license.

The contractor shall pay the City of Saratoga the sum of one thousand and two hundred dollars ($1,200) for each and every calendar day of delay in finishing the work in excess of the calendar day completion time.

Failure to possess the specified license shall render the bid nonresponsive.

Delivery is on or before July 24, 2026.

Payment will be made by the government. Invoices are to be submitted via WAWF (Wide Area Workflow).

The government will select the most advantageous offer based on technical factors (including delivery date), price, and past performance, in no order of relative importance.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Authorized distributors of ICORE are encouraged to submit documentation.

Quoters who quote less than the entire effort specified may be determined to be unacceptable due to the government's preference for a single award.
