Delivery is required ninety days after receipt of order (ARO).

Award shall be made to the lowest responsible bidders whose offer best responds to the quality, capacity, and service requirements of Cole County, as determined by the county.

Cole County may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of any respondent to provide the product and/or service described herein. Respondent shall furnish to the county all such information and data for this purpose that the county may request.

In case of default by the bidder or contractor, Cole County may procure the articles or services from other sources and hold the successful respondent responsible for any excess cost occasioned thereby.
