Incremental payments will be made upon receipt of services and deliverables according to specified payment milestones. The payment milestones are: Project Initiation and Planning (10%), Iteration Complete (20% divided by the number of approved iterations), Production Releases (20% divided by the number of approved releases), and Solution Acceptance (50%).
The contract includes a six-month warranty period that begins after the solution acceptance period is completed. If any portion of the work fails to comply with warranties, the SI shall correct such failure or refund the compensation paid for that portion of the work.
The state will evaluate proposals to determine the best value, considering the completeness of the response and the ability to meet or exceed specifications and requirements. The evaluation criteria include compliance with submittal requirements, offeror approach and methodology, proposed solution fit with CRM requirements and SLAs, and quantitative evaluation of proposed project cost.
Minimum mandatory SI firm qualifications include three years of CRM platform and solution experience, experience implementing a government cloud-based solution (preferably CRM), and experience implementing a secure government cloud-based public portal solution (preferably Salesforce Communities).
Liquidated damages are fixed at $100 per calendar day for any failure of the contractor to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations.
The proposal must include 2 or 3 samples of documents written by the proposed technical writer.
The deadline to submit questions is April 27, 2026.
The state is seeking a contractor to accomplish the scope of work at a fixed price not to exceed $1,300,000 for design, development, and schedule implementation costs.
