Calhoun County reserves the right to award the bid, RFP, RFQ, and/or contract on the basis of the lowest and/or best bid that meets specifications, considering associated direct and indirect costs, transport, maintenance, reliability, life cycle, warranties, past experience, and customer service. The county is the sole judge in determining which bid will be most advantageous.

Bidders must certify that they do not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract. They must also certify that their principals are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any federal department or agency, and have not within a three-year period been convicted of or had a civil judgment rendered against them for certain offenses.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, or any extension, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of 50,000 FCFA for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted.

A site visit has been scheduled for April 9, 2026, at 9 am, and participants will meet at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR).
