Experience is more important than management approach, and when combined, significantly more important than price.

Quoters shall demonstrate Rhinoceros ship hull modeling experience, hull design and hydrostatics analysis experience, and Python programming for naval architecture experience. Resumes for key personnel are required.

Submit at least one sample ship hull model (. 3dm format) created by proposed personnel.

Any quote that is noncompliant with any requested submission requirements of this RFQ may be immediately removed from further consideration.
