Late completion of stenographic work will result in payment reductions, with penalties varying based on the type of completion (standard, expedited, overnight, immediate).
No bidders conference or site visit will be held.
Bidders must provide 5 examples of transcripts with all personal identifying information redacted.
Failure to meet mandatory requirements, failure to disclose the use of generative AI, or not meeting minimum data security levels can result in disqualification.
