The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is seeking proposals for the preparation of construction plans and specifications for the Warden Bridge rehabilitation project. Proposals are due by January 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM MST. The proposal is limited to five pages. The state reserves the right to cancel or terminate the RFP. The consultant must provide an indirect cost rate as applicable audited when applicable in accordance with 23 CFR 172 for the cost principles of 48 CFR part 31 and based on the firms latest completed fiscal years costs.
