The contractor shall provide a suitable event venue capable of accommodating a minimum of seven hundred ( 700) guests, including appropriate indoor and/or outdoor space, furniture, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. The contractor shall provide cocktail- style food service consisting of five ( 5) bites per person, including four ( 4) savory items and one ( 1) sweet item.
