The Volusia County government seeks to contract with qualified hotels to provide short-term emergency shelter accommodations for displaced populations during disasters and extreme weather events. The county prefers hotels located in specific areas within the county.

The State of Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism is seeking a contractor to create a digital tourism survey, collect data from flights participating in the Akamai Arrivals pilot program, host the survey and data storage, and deliver the data in a usable format. The performance work statement (PWS) covers transportation services for the African Maritime Forces Summit (AMFS) 2025 in Mauritius, including airport shuttles, shuttle services between hotels, 24-hour on-call transportation, and transportation of personnel and equipment. Drivers must be qualified, licensed, insured, and familiar with the local area. Vehicles must be in good condition and meet safety standards. In case of vehicle breakdown, an equitable replacement vehicle must be provided within one hour. The technical point of contact (TPOC) will provide the conference program and schedule at least one week prior to the event. Flight information for all travelers will be captured during the registration process. The contract period is from 19 June to 02 July 2025.
