Lot 1: Patio Furniture A separate Bid Price Sheet is attached as Attachment C. This must be included as part of the bid response. The US Air Force is seeking bids for the procurement of dormitory furniture for building **** at Hanscom AFB. The deadline for submission is September 24, 2025, at 4 PM EST. Delivery is expected within 30 calendar days after order placement. A post-assembly walkthrough will be conducted within 14 business days of completion. Any discrepancies will need to be corrected within 48 hours. The building has no loading dock, but delivery will be through doublewide entry doors to rooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. The contractor must provide necessary loading/unloading equipment.

The period of performance is from September 26, 2025, to September 25, 2028. The primary government place of performance will be MCLB Albany, Georgia. The contractor must provide one supervised team comprised of at least three installers on the team.

The solicitation is for a hangar move within NAS Whidbey Island. The contractor will relocate all material and equipment from Hangar 9 to Hangar 7. The tentative contract award date is September 30, 2025. All contractors will be escorted during working hours.
