The City of Canyon Lake is seeking a firm to provide complete construction services for safety improvements on Railroad Canyon Road. The project includes roadway lighting, median barriers, irrigation, planting, signage, and pedestrian improvements. The work must comply with city codes, standard specifications, and project plans.

The tender is for roadway and parking striping services in Rocky Mountain National Park. The period of performance is 90 days from notice to proceed, with on-site work to be completed in 30 consecutive work days between July 14th and October 24th, 2025. The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, labor, and materials, quality control, safety, traffic control, and superintendence. Specific requirements include adherence to MUTCD standards, compliance with federal highway project specifications, pre-installation meetings, site verification, no work on Fridays, weekends, or holidays, equipment cleaning, materials storage, damage restoration, hauling restrictions, safety precautions, submittals (including previous examples, manufacturer information, MSDS), construction schedule, liability insurance, accident prevention plan, traffic control plan, warning devices, housekeeping, disposal, air and water pollution control, fire prevention, care of property, and final cleanup.
