Respondents are advised that they and any subcontractors must pay the general prevailing wage rates for construction. The Brazos River Authority is exempt from Texas sales tax. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The executed contract will be a Brazos River Authority standard form contract. The Brazos River Authority reserves the right to conduct studies and other investigations as necessary to evaluate any submittal. Submission of a bid confers no legal right upon any respondent.
