Electrical upgrades include new led light fixtures with occupancy sensor lighting controls throughout the building, relocation of the it room, and new data cabling throughout the building.

Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded Replace Cell and Unit Entry Door controls within the existing housing and connect to the existing controls. Painting of existing cell and shower doors and frames, unit entry doors and frames. New windows in each cell and renovation of the existing showers on each housing unit The renovation will be completed in two ( 2) phases, one two story wing, two units at a time. Phase 1 work must be completed 100% prior to the beginning of Phase 2. The two ( 2) dormitory units not under construction will be occupied during construction. A pre- construction phase will be included prior to actual construction for submittals, material ordering and delivery. All materials must be on- site or available at the start of construction. All personnel on the project site must pass background checks before being allowed to work within the facility. Contractors and subcontractors must adhere to the Department of Corrections rules for construction which are indicated in the specifications.
