The US government seeks to lease office space in San Antonio, TX. The lease is for 20 years with an initial term of 18 years. Interested contractors should submit a capability statement (max 5 pages) and relevant experience (max 2 pages), along with their business size standard and, if applicable, small business socio economic category. Respondents are required to review the attachment prior to submitting proposals. Exceptions to the attachment must be submitted with proposals. Certain articles, sections, and exhibits are non-negotiable. The service contract will be fully negotiated between TFC and the successful respondent prior to award. Upon notice of award, the awardee must submit final, negotiated versions of exhibit B to procurement. The contract is effective as of the date signed by the last party and expires on August 31, 2027, with a possible one-year renewal. TFC may terminate the contract for default or without default.
