Bid submission deadline is 2:00 PM CST on March 27, 2025. Bids must be returned via email, mail, or hand-delivery. Respondents must specify the brand/model of the quoted product. Descriptive literature and product specification sheets are required. Delivery time from receipt of the order must be specified. Responses are binding for 60 business days from the bid due date. The state reserves the right to award to multiple vendors based on best value criteria, including lowest price, ability, qualifications, experience, delivery schedule, and past performance. Invoices must be submitted to the specified address and include the required information. Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt of and acceptance of services ordered, whichever is later.
