NASA is seeking statements of interest from public and private entities to partner for the development of a technology park, named Discovery Park, on approximately 45 acres at the Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF) in New Orleans, LA. The partnership is envisioned as an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL). NASA aims to enable and grow private sector participation in space exploration, support commercial space transportation, and promote commercial development of technologies. An Industry Day is scheduled for February 26, 2026, with instructions for interested parties to submit their intent to attend by February 13, 2026.
