Sealed bids for the construction of a stormwater system and reconstruction of the roadway of Sheridan St. , Tidioute Borough, Warren County, Pennsylvania are being received by the Warren County Commissioners until 11 a. m. on September 15, 2025 via pennbid. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the commissioners work session scheduled for September 15, 2025 at noon in the commissioners conference room. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Tidioute Borough building. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Warren County Commissioners, or negotiable U. S. government bonds at par value, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to 10 percent of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract as awarded will be required as security for faithful performance of the contract. Full compliance with prevailing Davis-Bacon wage rates, equal employment opportunity, Copeland anti-kickback act and all other applicable federal, state or municipal regulations is required. The bid is for cleaning services at the Warren County Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, and Rouse Annex Building in Warren, Pennsylvania. The contract is for three years, unless terminated by either party with 60 days' written notice. The bid includes daily and weekly cleaning tasks, as well as quarterly services. All restroom supplies will be provided by the county, and the contractor must provide all necessary cleaning equipment. Liability insurance is required.
