Contractor must warrant work for one year. Contractor will warrant this work for a period of one (1) year if anything should prove defective in its workmanship or materials.

Proposals evaluated by weighted criteria including cost (20%), experience (30%), approach (25%), references (15%), schedule (10%). The contract shall be awarded to the proposer determined to be the most responsive and responsible firm.

Must be licensed under South Carolina contractors licensing law. Proposals will not be considered unless the proposer is legally qualified under the provisions of the south carolina contractors licensing law.
