This is a requirements contract for nx eq surgical tissue management systems. Proposals must meet all salient characteristics, including technical subfactors related to design, performance, and safety. A minimum one-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor is required. The evaluation prioritizes technical factor (significantly more important than past performance, which is slightly more important than veterans preference), with non-price factors being significantly more important than price. Proposals must be submitted via email by October 9, 2026, 11:59 pm EST, in five specified volumes. OEM letter and certification of recall/safety issues are mandatory for eligibility.
