Funds are not presently available for this contract. The government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

Proposers must demonstrate experience in developing survey instruments for voter opinion polls on revenue-raising ballot measures, knowledge of statistically valid sampling methodology, expertise in conducting and interpreting public opinion polls, and a strong track record of working with rural and mountain communities. Proposers must demonstrate the minimum qualifications to perform the functions in the scope of work, including without limitation: experience in the development of a survey instrument for voter opinion polls on revenue raising ballot measures knowledge of the methodology to create a statistically valid sampling of registered voters expertise in conducting and interpreting public opinion polls strong track record of working with rural and mountain communities
