The provider shall be capable of installing and deploying all machines within a six 6 week time period after issuance of the purchase order and receipt of all required site location information from the district.

The district's customary terms for payment of a problem-free invoice are net thirty 30 calendar days.

All machines shall have, at minimum, a twenty-four 24 month warranty on all parts, except replacement parts that are scheduled for replacement as stated in the manufacturers product/operator manual, installation manual, or maintenance manual.

Award will be made to the highest ranked, responsive, and responsible offeror, whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous for the district.

The provider shall demonstrate the ability to furnish, install, deploy, train, support, and service the proposed autonomous robotic floor scrubbers and vacuum sweepers. The provider shall be headquartered in the state of South Carolina and have trained technicians capable of servicing the machines within a fifty 50 mile radius of Winnsboro, South Carolina.

Any prospective bidder, offeror, contractor, or subcontractor who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation of a contract shall protest within fifteen days of the date of issuance of the applicable solicitation document at issue.

Taking exceptions to the solicitation or changing the terms and/or conditions of the solicitation may cause the proposal to be determined nonresponsive and therefore, not eligible for an award.

Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears.

Unacceptable performance may lead to Contract Discrepancy Reports (CDRs) and potential termination of the contract.

Failure to meet acceptable levels of service may lead to termination of the contract.

All services must commence within 30 calendar days of purchase order receipt and be completed within 30 calendar days, or as otherwise determined by the tribe. The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current and pending workload, and pricing versus the market. The tribe will conduct a comprehensive, fair, and impartial evaluation of all documents received in response to this solicitation.

Bidders must be normally engaged in performing the specified type of work, have adequate resources, a current certified license, a minimum of three years of experience, and maintain adequate insurance. bidder must have an existing active funded mold service agreement with the tribes housing department.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 22, 2026, at 11:00 am at **** Pine Rd, Fort Myers, FL **** is mandatory to be eligible for award.

The deadline for questions is July 27, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Questions received after the deadline for questions shall not be considered.

Failure to disclose subcontractors, arriving more than ten minutes late to the pre-bid conference, submitting incomplete documentation, or violating the cone of silence may result in disqualification. any violation of the restriction imposed above regardingcorrespondence may constitute grounds for rejection of a response at any time.
