This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes regarding the Oracle Retail MFCS and SIOCS cloud service migration. It is not an invitation for bid or a request for proposal. The government is seeking information on contractor capabilities for implementing or migrating Oracle Retail cloud solutions, including experience with data migration, application configuration, integration, testing, and federal/security requirements. Responses are due by July 28, 2026, with a 15-page limit. No marketing materials are allowed. Interested contractors must provide company information, business size, and details on their experience with Oracle Retail cloud migrations. Small businesses should also provide information on their intent and ability to meet set-aside requirements.
