The solicitation is for mortuary services for deceased unclaimed or indigent veterans. Offerors must complete and return all information on Standard Form **** questions must be submitted in writing via email to the contracting officer by August 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST. The VA requires electronic invoice submission via the Tungsten Network eInvoicing Network. The period of performance is base year plus four 4 option years, from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2030. The contractor must be within a 60-mile radius from the VA medical center. The contractor must comply with all VA facility requirements, including drug-free policies, parking regulations, and smoking prohibitions. The VA will conduct business with the contractor during its normal operational hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays). The contractor must possess the current transit permit at the time of award of contract. The contractor shall provide proof of license for the establishment and funeral home directors, prior to commencing any work under this contract. The contractor's employees shall have the appropriate and current licenses prior to commencing work under this contract. The VA will conduct inspections of the facilities to ensure services are performed according to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contractor shall provide semiannual quality control or assurance reports to the COR. The contractor will provide veterans last name, date transported and details to include name and address for final resting place within invoice.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has awarded a contract for modular millwork and healthcare furniture for the new Sebring CBOC. The contract is a competitive fixed-price, mandatory delivery order. The contractor is responsible for receiving, delivering, and installation. The VA will not accept direct shipping. All work is to be conducted during normal business hours. The award notice is dated August 15, 2025.

The deadline for submitting requests for clarifications/substitutions is August 20, 2025. The last day to issue addenda is August 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM HST. The deadline for offers is August 28, 2025. The offeror must have a minimum of 5 years of experience performing the types of services specified in Appendix A: Scope of Work. A statement of qualifications (SOQ) with references from clients of comparable size and scope, with work similar to or identical to that of a government agency, must be submitted. The offeror must be certified as a full-service Intelligent Mail barcode (IMB) mailer and provide documentation of current certification. Failure to provide proof of compliance will result in the rejection of the offer. The contract term is for 12 months, starting on September 8, 2025, or upon contract execution date, whichever is later. The contract may be extended on a month-to-month or term basis, not to exceed a 12-month extension at a time, for an additional period or periods not to exceed a total of 48 months. The city reserves the right to request cost data to conduct a cost analysis. The city shall award a contract to the responsive, responsible offeror with the lowest total sum bid. The city will only consider an offer with pricing on all items listed. The award is subject to the availability of funding. The Hawaii Printing, Binding, and Stationery Work Preference (HRS **** and HAR **** subchapter 2) applies. The city will place orders with the contractor as needed. The city will initiate work by delivery order (DO) or P-card credit card. The contractor shall accept payment by credit card transaction. The quantities listed in Appendix C: Pricing Certifications are only estimates. The exact quantity shall be the actual amount ordered by the city during the term of the contract.

Sealed bids are requested for athletic promotional items. Bidders must comply with all conditions and specifications. Prices must be firm for at least 30 days from the bid opening date. All bids must be returned to the Louisiana Tech University Office of Purchasing via mail or in person. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely and inside delivery. If bidding other than requested brand, product number, or style, sufficient literature must be enclosed to demonstrate compliance with specifications. Samples are required for some items, and previous samples from the original solicitation may be used. The award will be based on the highest quantity quoted for the listed items. Vendors must bid on all listed quantities. Prices quoted must remain firm from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. Shipping, handling, artwork design, and setup charges must be included in the per-unit item pricing. The university will provide artwork, logos, and text. The awarded vendor will provide a proof, photograph, or video of any ordered item prior to production. An account executive will manage the university's purchases. The university reserves the right to make an award or awards based upon individual line items, in groups, or on an all-or-nothing basis. Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later.
